I play volleyball and in the off-season I train because it's fun, want to be healthy and strong. I only compete with myself. My vision since I was 10 years old: "a healthy mind in a healthy body". I walk, run, sprint, lift. Almost every day.

Beachvolley
Third place "heren gewest" with Bart in beachvolley tournament Lilse Bergen, organised by Volak. Really enjoyed it, great location.
