Inspiration: Power Minimum

My season break program:

Day-1: Strength/Big rocks: Double KB C&P, Barbell C&P
Day-2: Cardio: 400 meters, 800 meters, 3000 meters, (Squat and Stair sprints, ballistics)

Note: Pavels' Power Minimum double kettlebell workout:
"This advanced routine will cover all the bases in 15-30 minutes. Snatch a pair of heavy kettlebells. Lower them slowly to your chest and military press them back up. Lower them again, bring your feet closer if necessary, and do a front squat. That was a rep. Do one every minute until you barely make it. When you put up 30 reps of the hybrid exercise in 30 minutes switch to doubles: two snatches followed immediately by two military presses and chased down with two front squats. Get up to thirty doubles and switch to another routine. Practice Mon & Thu. On Tue & Fri do high rep quick lifts for conditioning.", Pavel

"Volume with low reps, no more reliable method of getting stronger", Pavel

Note: Bill Sar specialisation idea from TSS:
A) off-season: three big rocks à la Bill Starr (Press, FSQ, Power Clean - and pullups ofcourse). Day after interval sprints. Note: I need to build up the necessary GPP (strengthen knees)
B) In-season: one big rock specialisation à la Bill star (Press, but with a lot of variations possible: Clean and Press, Clean and FSQ and Press, Thruster, Power Snatch and OHSQ - with the obligational pullup added). Warmup with kettlebells. Day after interval sprints.

Clean & Press inspiration: "Hello all, for those who are thinking the more exercise the better the results: Due to a demanding job i had no time to visit a gym in a monthly basis. but i tried to get a workout every other day at home: 1. Power clean and pressm weights between 80 and 105kg, rep scheme similar to bear, sometimes some singles, sometimes EDT, but mostly 3 sets of 5 reps. 2. pullups, weighted and just bodyweight neck work from time to time. nothing more. ", Alexander
